All of our artisan breads are made from an ancestral recipe. We only add five natural key ingredients: water, flour, sea salt, yeast, and barley malt. That gives our breads a caramelized crust and a soft, humid and lustrous crumb.

We have developed a variety of products that work well for all types of businesses: supermarkets, hotels, restaurants and cafés. Also, for retail operators, we offer already sliced products.
